This is shocking! How can anyone do such a thing to an innocent dog. Why on earth must the poor boxer dog be tied to the fence.
If the previous owner wants to get rid of him, there are better ways to do it than to just chained him up to a fence. At least let him run loose so that he can fend for himself.
He can’t even go look for food to feed himself and to seek shelter from the hot sun. Just look at how thin he has gotten to. Only skin and bone left. Must have been tied up for quite a while there. How cruel was that?
