Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

We are currently shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. Shipping costs may vary, depending on which country you are shipping to. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed on the checkout page once shipping address has been entered.

Shipping Duration

All orders will be processed within 3 - 7 business days. All products will be shipped out the next business day after processing. Most products are shipped from the United States. However, in order to keep costs as low as possible, we store and ship some of our products from international warehouses.

When shipped from the United States, we ask that you please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping to other countries may take up to 30 business days, depending on where you are shipping to.

If you do not receive your products within the above time-frames, we will give you a full, no questions asked, refund for the entire amount of your order, including any shipping charges.

Order Tracking

We will send the tracking number of each shipment to the email address you have entered at checkout once the order is shipped. If you do not receive any tracking number email after 10 business days, please check your SPAM folder before emailing us at support@doggiecube.com for assistance.

Please note that you may receive more than one tracking numbers if there are several items in your order. We sometimes break an order into several shipments because some items may be stored in different warehouses.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items 

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the one you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@doggiecube.com, attaching a photograph of the affected item. We will sent out a replacement item to you free of charge.

Items is Lost in Transit

If you do not receive your item within 40 business days from your date of purchase, please contact us at support@doggiecube.com. We will issue a full refund to you on that item (price of the item + any shipping charges).

Custom Duties and Taxes

The prices of our products do not include any taxes or import duties. You are liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your items.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.
